Nigerian talented and awarded filmmaker Kemi Adetiba shocked her fans in Nigeria and beyond by announcing that her blockbuster movie, “King of Boys,” will be returning for another sequel.
The “King of Boys 3” will be the third instalment in the franchise and will be released four years after the end of the last instalment, “King of Boys: The Return of the King.”
Although the last instalment of The King of Boys was released in 2021 on Netflix, the filmmaker has revealed that this one will be coming to cinemas across Nigeria.
The announcement was shared on Instagram in an exciting reel which featured the voice of veteran actress Sola Shobowale, who said, “I, Sola Sobowale, believe in you. I trust you. Let’s go and show them big time!”
Recall back in 2023, Kemi Adetiba had announced that she had three movies in the making, “King of Boys 3,” “Welcome to the Fourth” and “To Kill a Mockingbird”. Though she has revealed very little about the other projects, she has teased the release date of King of Boys 3, sparking a flame of excitement in her fans.
