An helicopter crashed into the Lagos lagoon a few hours ago.
The chopper, which crashed into the Oworonsoki end of the lagoon, was reported to have 12 people on board.
The helicopter was said to be coming from Port Harcourt and heading to Lagos Island.
Out of the 12 passengers, three were confirmed dead while four wounded passengers were moved to an hospital.
The National Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, and policemen have began rescue operations.
UPDATE
Four bodies have been recovered from the wreckage, while six people were rescued alive from the crash and rushed to the Lagos State Teaching Hospital, Ikeja.
Two other persons are still missing,
