It seems that justice might finally be done in the case of 2 women assaulted and sodomized by a gang of men in Ejigbo.

According to Sahara Reporters, the perpetrators of the heinous act have been arrested at the palace of the resident ruler, Oba Moruf Adisa Ojoola.

The women, who were related, were brutalized for stealing ground pepper and the whole episode was filmed for the world to watch leading to widespread outrage.

The arrest was said to have been facilitated by the traditional ruler himself after he insisted that all market activities be halted until the perpetrators were fished out.

The chase to get justice for the women has been heating up with members of the Lagos Assembly showing immense interest and even placing a ransom on whoever was found guilty of the crimes against the women.

One of the victims, identified as Julianna, who had pepper smeared on her eye and shoved up her vagina, lost her life early this year.
