Nigeria to the world once again as #WeGoVote, a civic engagement project of fast-rising design agency, FourthCanvas, has been selected as one of the best campaigns from across the world to be featured at this year’s Great Ads for Good Exhibition organised by ACT Responsible at the heart of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

The exhibition which will run from Monday 17th to Friday 21st  June in the Debussy Foyer, on the first floor of the Palaise Des Festival will present 81 of the most creative campaigns in support of good causes, responsible behaviour and sustainable development  around the world. The collection gathers the work of 72 agencies from 30 countries.

The #WeGoVote campaign reached over 100,000 people across our various social platforms in the build-up and during the 2019 Nigerian general elections. It was featured on Ads of the World, the election programme of the Oyo State Broadcasting Corporation TV station, Olorisupergirl.com, @livewithlynda, the official handle of the Governor of Ondo State – @rotimiakeredolu and a host of other platforms.

According to the agency’s website, “We thought it all only gets worse when we all abandon the polls altogether and we decided to do something about it—with compelling posters.” While the target audience of impact was local, it has attracted international exhibition, having earlier being featured in a Turkish magazine prior to the latest announcement.
