Nigerian filmmaker Ifeme C.S. has unveiled the first look of his upcoming horror short film titled “I Don’t Want To Be Born”.
The film details the future and lives of Nigerians born and living in Nigeria as they ask themselves whether or not to bring a child into the world in the country.
Directed and written by Ifeme C.S. in collaboration with Tamba Entertainment and Ghost Media, “I Don’t Want To Be Born” depicts the lives of a couple who dream of having a child. Still, the wife soon has a dream where she sees her unborn child warn her against birthing him.
The film features A-list actors like Deyemi Okanlawon, Lauretta Yemoja, Yonu Krooz, Adesola Oni, Ifeme R.C., Oluchi Odii, and Chris Isibor.
“I Don’t Want To Be Born” is a bone-chilling horror short film which highlights the flaws of the Nigerian government and how it affects the birthing and raising of children.
The film speaks heavily about how parents plan their families despite the environment and how it hinders the success of family-building.
Executive producers of the short film include Ifeme C.S., Adesola Oni, Mustapha Adekunle, and Ifeme Uchenna. Associate producers also include Oluchi Odii, Dare Samuel Akinrodoye and Adeniran Opeyemi.
