Apart from the time that Gimba Kikanda challenged her to deny the doctoring of the photos of Prsident Buhari an his wife, Mrs Aisha Buhari (a challenge she never accepted), the senior special adviser to the President on diaspora affairs has not weighed in much on the questions surrounding the President’s “vacation”.
That has changed. Mrs Abike Dabiri finally spoke to the issue while addressing women during the symposium held to mark 2017 International Women’s Day celebration at Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos today. However, it turns out she didn’t exactly have much else to offer than the others from the administration who already weighed in as all she said was that President Muhammadu Buhari will come home very soon.
“I spoke with Baba and he said I should tell you that he will soon be back. I even joked with him that since he is abroad, he is now my constituent and he laughed over it.”
Ha Ha!
