It was gathered that the Dubai Police handed the case to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States for further investigation and prosecution of the suspected fraudsters. Recall that there had been reports earlier suggesting that Hushpuppi would be extradited in Nigeria. When it was shared, many pointed out their reservations about the idea, which explains the excitement that has greeted their extradition to the United States.

Just few weeks after Hushpuppi was arrested, he has been handed over to the US govt where he'd face guaranteed jail term like Invictus Obi.
Our dear EFCC is still busy WARNING fraudsters, Mompha is still chilling in Banana Island and EFCC chairman is accused of corruption.

Other users commended the foreign authorities in their swift actions at bringing the suspect to the current point as they went further to compare these authorities with the Nigeria Police and Nigeria’s Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Bad Market to EFCC. Dubai police are so smart that they choose to handover Hushpuppi & Woodberry to US Govt than the Nigeria Govt… Now, their matter wont end well. 40 to 50 years imprisonment is the least they cant get if not life imprisonment.

All drug Lords in South-America fear the golden phrase called "Extradition to the U.S"
From El-Chapo, to the Cali cartel to even Pablo Escobar.
They feared extradition because that was the end. No escape…your fate was sealed.
This fate just fell on Hushpuppi.

According to many Twitter users, the extradition of the suspects meant that it was the final stop of their freedom and identity as they shared examples of criminals in the past that had been extradited in the past and what fate had befallen them. Other users, however, advised people who are in the business of defrauding people on the internet that a day of reckoning awaits them all.
