When will Nigerians learn to stop taking shorter routes that are dangerous  just to get to their destination.

This incident occurred earlier today on Ikorodu Road when a soldier punished a man who crossed the express road instead of using the pedestrian bridge making him do the ‘wheel barrow’.

Though the man erred by trying to cross the road, do you think he deserved the punishment meted out to him by the soldier?
