Mr Buhari didn’t sign a padded budget. Yes of course, ignorance can be justified. He didn’t sign a padded budget doesn’t mean the #BudgetOfChange wasn’t padded. What we need is investigations into such corrupt act, and not this shallow presidency defence. As for MEND, if they ever turn loquacious against #GEJ, then they should be taken with a pinch of salt.
