The Thread: Saraki will change the game for 2019

It’s 17 months to the next presidential election, but TwitterNG is already fielding its presidential candidates. So far, we have Atiku, popularly endorsed by the Minister of Women Affairs, Aisha Alhassan. We’re not big on ceremony here, so we’ll just stick to her alias: Mama Taraba.

There’s also El Rufai fielded by Feyi Fawehinmi (who thinks Atiku and Buhari should not be anywhere near the ballot in 2019). Then there’s a new comer, Dankwambo, who’s even been given a VP— Peter Obi. PDP supporters are responsible for this one.

Whilst political Twitter is debating the pros and cons of the different candidates, Cheta Nwanze attempts to turn our attention to something different altogether.
