In Nigeria, all yahoo yahoo is not online. It is painful to admit, but as a people, we are creative at cutting corners and sewing extra lining into the pockets of our trousers to better ferry the loot.
At the top, we have budget padding or grass cutting. Mid level, we have a plethora of Ponzi schemes. At the grassroots is the continually evolving internet fraud with its various “formats”. And that’s possibly only the half of it. Which is why Kayode Ogundamisi is drawing our attention to NGO racketeering.
