Chris Brown has allegedly sent Rihanna an expensive present to mark five years since the couple first got together, splashing a five-figure sum on a sexy portrait of the singer by graffiti artist Bambi.

The ‘We Found Love’ recently admitted that she was still in love with her former flame in an intimate interview with Oprah Winfrey screened in the US earlier in August and while Chris has yet to comment publicly on Riri’s deceleration of love his gift is believed to show her exactly how he feels.

Speaking to Now magazine, Bambi’s agent Lenny Villa hinted that the commission was from the ‘Yeah X3′ star: “It’s a romantic surprise for her from a very controversial figure.

“Was it a former lover? You could be right!” he added.

Hmmm, seems like Lenny dropped Chris right in it there, we wonder what Chris’ current girlfriend Karrueche Tran thinks of the gift?

Since the ‘Talk That Talk’ star admitted her feelings it seems a reunion between the pair is almost inevitable.

Asked if she thought he was her one true love Rihanna admitted: “I think he was the love of my life.”

She added: “He was the first love and I see that he loved me the same way. We were very young and very spontaneous. We ran free. We ran wild. We were falling in love going in at a really rapid pace and we forgot about ourselves as individuals.”

Speaking of how she felt now, the singer said: “I still love him. We’ve built a trust again and that’s it. We love each other and we probably always will.”

The couple split in 2009 after Brown assaulted Rihanna on the way home from a pre-Grammy Awards event.
