It seems that Naomi Campbell is pushing to up the ante in her on-going competition with Tyra Banks and other super models who are trying to find life after the runway. Campbell has signed up Karolina Kurkova and Coco Rocha to work with her to evaluate possible talent on a new Oxygen show called “The Face.”
“The Face” is a reality TV show that focuses on finding the next top model….oops, did we say that?
The supermodels will work with their teams and try to recruit young models from around the globe. So, maybe we can call the show “The World’s Next Top Model.” They are going to coach the young women through photo shoots, casting calls and all the other things that models do to compete with one another.
Designers Marc Jacobs and Zac Posen are also rumored to be involved with the show, giving the ladies a chance to work with the best in the industry. The winner gets a chance to represent a national brand in a broad-based promotional campaign. The show is going to be hosted by Nigel Barker, formerly from “America’s Next Top Model.”
