The court has ordered the confiscation of the entire cargo of crude oil on board the Floating Production Storage and Offloading Vessel Tamara Tokoni, which is currently located in Rivers State. This will remain in effect until a first-class Nigerian bank provides a satisfactory guarantee of $19,752,304.84.
