As the federal government extends the coronavirus lockdown for another two weeks, it has ushered in a fresh wave of unrest. On social media, actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham in her benevolence announced giveaways on her Twitter, asking for people’s account numbers whenever they tweet at her. It didn’t matter if they were following her or not.

In the past, we have seen celebrities give out groceries, food and money to Nigerians to cushion the effect that  will arise from the lockdown, and it’s nice to see many of them still helping out in this current climate.
