by Jewel Stephen

Finalists for this year’s Real Estate Unite awards have emerged from a competitive pool of nominees. Winners from the twelve categories will be presented at the Awards gala during the Real Estate Unite summit scheduled for October 2nd, 2014.

Public voting has now begun, and stakeholders are encouraged to be a part of this decision making process.

Real Estate Unite is the largest convening of real estate professionals in Africa, and is organised by 3Invest Limited, the continent’s largest online platform and information platform for the real estate sector.

This year’s theme is tagged “Igniting the F.I.R.E: Where lies the key?” F.I.R.E is an acronym for Finance, Infrastructure, Red-Tapism & Education; factors identified by 3Invest Ltd as strong contributors towards propelling the real estate industry forward.
