Ghanaian chef arrested for forging Guinness World Record award confesses

Ghanaian chef Ebenezer Smith, also known as ‘Millenium Chef Smith’, who was arrested for providing a doctored Guinness World Record award for the ‘longest cooking marathon’ by an individual, came out to confess his crimes and how he did it.

The chef, who claimed to have cooked for 802 hours and 25 minutes (33 days) non-stop from February 1 to March 6, 2024, revealed that he had been following the organisation (GWR) for a while and had studied their certificates (as they often posted it on social media pages) before attempting to forge one of his.

His lies and claims were, however, soon debunked by a GWR spokesperson, Alina Polianskaya.

Burna Boy defends his songwriting prowess after Logos Olori’s statement

Nigerian superstar Burna Boy has come out to protect his songwriting skills after an artist signed under Davido’s record label accused him of needing the assistance of songwriters for his songs.

Logos Olori, in an interview with City 105.1 FM, stated that the big three artists did not get to where they are now without needing songwriters to perfect their songs as songwriters are an integral part of the music industry.

“As a musician, you tend to write your songs most times when you are up-and-coming. When you’ve ten shows in a week in different countries, you’ll understand that you need a songwriter,” he said.

“Chris Brown has a songwriter, Michael Jackson has a songwriter. Davido is currently on tour immediately after his wedding. He writes his songs sometimes, but most times, he has to do the business part,” Olori said.

However, Burna Boy spoke up on social media, claiming he had never had any help writing songs except for the one time Peruzzi assisted him.

Fave opens up about dating her choirmaster when she was 10

Nigerian singer-songwriter Chidozie Ugochinyere (Fave) opened up about how she was thrown into a relationship at 10 with her choirmaster.

The songstress sat with her friends as she detailed her first romantic experience, calling it cute that he would always call her at midnight.

When asked about her sexuality, the “Belong To You” singer revealed that her sexuality is in question as she finds herself curious, saying, “If you are not, then it is a problem.”
