by David Cyril

The World Health Organization has just announced, that it is ethical to give Ebola victims experimental drugs. This, comes on the heels of recent developments which saw the US agreeing to export the drug, ZMapp, to Liberia.

US spokesperson for Health and Human Service (HHS) department Sylvia Mathews, said US authorities had simply assisted in connecting the Liberian government with the drug’s manufacturer, insisting that the drug company had worked directly with the Liberian government.

Sample doses of the ZMapp experimental drugs are currently on their way to Liberia, where over 599 confirmed Ebola positive cases has been reported and about 323 cases of death cases recorded.
