BREAKING: Suicide bomber attacks market in Adamawa

Barely two days after suicide bombers hit Chibok community in Borno state, another suicide bomber has struck in Adamawa state.

According to reports, the suicide bomber attacked a market in Gombi area of Adamawa state.

A witness reported to BBC that at least eight fatalities have been recorded after the bomb blast took place at about 12:00 pm on Friday, January 29.

The total number of casualties involved in the blast is yet to be ascertained but spokesman of the Adamawa state police command, Othman Abubakar revealed that at least three people were confirmed dead including the bomber and 17 others injured.
