The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Friday re-arrested former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, Punch reports.
It was learnt that Fani-Kayode was arrested at about 1:50pm in the premises of the Federal High Court, Lagos.
The former minster was in court over for his trial over an alleged fraud of N4.9bn.
Recall that Fani-Kayode had alleged that the EFCC was planning to arrest him again.
