The National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons [NCFRMI] and other Government Agencies were on ground to receive them and ensure that they were profiled and registered.

Reference: On November 28, 242 Nigerians returned from Libya facilitated by the IOM and a joint effort of Nigerian agencies led by the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons (NCFRMI), NEMA, NAPTIP and others.
