Whether you’re still changing diapers or you’ve finally told them “toodles,” chances are you’ve gone through plenty of wipes containers. Aside from refilling them or passing them along to another mom, what can you do with all the disposable packaging? A lot, as it turns out! Moms from the Circle of Moms Facebook page have shared myriad uses for wipes containers, from homemade piggy banks to travel jewelry cases.

Travel Shower Caddy
“We travel a lot, so we use wipe boxes for toiletries. All the wet stuff: soap, shampoo, loofah, etc. They don’t fall over, and I can bring the whole box in the bath/shower because I drilled holes in the bottom so the water drains out before I repack it with my luggage.” — Marci O.
Art Supply Storage
“Wipes containers for art supplies.” — Tiffany M.
“We used empty wipes containers to store crayons, glue sticks, markers, [and] Play-Doh tools.” — Angela R.
Toy Storage
“Barbie shoes and accessories, LEGO, etc.” — Angela R.
“I use the big wipe containers to put my son’s little toys in.” — Tambrie M.
“Storing kids’ small toy accessories or toys.” — Angel M.
Bank
“I let my daughter decorate a wipes container (a large one) and glue the lid down. We use it as [a] piggy bank for her allowance.” — Jodi B.
Hair Accesories Bin
“I also use a wipe container for my daughter’s hair accessories.” — Cassandra S.
Emergency Throw-Up Device
“I have used them as emergency kid throw-up devices; hurl [and] toss! Yeah, no spill, no mess! Two kids filled them up too — yuck!” — Stephanie H.
Alphabet Magnets Case
“Magnet letters for the refrigerator, small things like that.” — Sharaya M.
Travel Jewelry Box
“Jewelry travel boxes sold don’t have room for big jewelry, so I use a wipe box. I customized it with dividers so I can layer my jewelry.” — Marci O.
