Sometime in December 2015, at an event of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps Academy, in Abuja- an anomaly occurred.

An agent of the Department of State Security became a shoe shiner to the Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau.

The video obtained by Premium Times, depicts the minister- seated, clad in white and flanked by senior NSCDC officers.

Dambazau watched the proceedings while the DSS operative bent, sometimes crouched to clean his shoe with a white handkerchief.
