He is known as Africa’s richest man according to Forbes. What does a billionaire do in his spare time? He thinks of buying Football Clubs.
As in. Is he Nigeria’s daddy? RT @H_L_MA: Lmao oh please “@FshawOfficial: Dangote leave Arsenal..develop the Nigerian League first”

Aliko Dangote had earlier made known his intentions of acquiring the football club, Arsenal FC back in 2010 but the deal didn’t fall through as he and the owners ended that meeting at loggerheads. Well he has said he is still interested in acquiring the club.
If he bought Arsenal, Nigerians would show up demanding to be let into the stadium, after all “do you know who I am? I know the owner”

In an interview he did with Bloomberg while traveling in a private jet from Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa to Lagos on May 1, Dangote said he’ll love to buy the club when the price is right, “I still hope, one day at the right price, that I’ll buy the team. I might buy it, not at a ridiculous price but a price that the owners won’t want to resist. I know my strategy.” he reportedly said
Arsenal Holdings Plc is valued at $1.49bn. Dangote is worth $15.7 billion. Do the math.
