Former Disney star Miley Cyrus celebrated her 20th birthday last month with a wild party in Hollywood – featuring strippers hired by a friend as a prank.
Just how wild is now on display after a photo of Cyrus grasping one of the g-ststrippers’ exposed cheeks – of the non-facial variety – surfaced on the gossip site TMZ.com.
The image is a far cry from her tween-friendly “Hannah Montana” days and seems part of a continuing campaign by Cyrus to torpedo any trace of her squeaky clean past.

During Sunday’s VH1 Divas concert, Cyrus grabbed her crotch like a veteran punk rocker while performing a cover of Billy Idol’s “Rebel Yell.”
That performance came just eight days after a Christmas Creampies concert in Hollywood where Cyrus sang with frequent collaborator DJ Borgore, while sporting a cleavage-revealing top and sharing the stage with a topless exotic dancer.
Cyrus also recently opened eyes with a sultry guest appearance on CBS’ “Two and a Half Men” and shocked her young fans by sheering off her long hair for a blond pixie cut.

“If I don’t get at least one big booty hoe my friends are officially not my friends anymore,” she tweeted before the party, referencing the lyrics to 2 Chainz’s “Birthday Song.”
Mission accomplished.
The saucy pic is still relatively tame compared to the Jan. 14 birthday party for her fiancé, Liam Hemsworth. The then 19-year-old Cyrus caused an uproar after a photograph surfaced of her posing in a suggestive manner with a phallic-shaped cake.
