Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation and chieftain of the Social Democratic Party, Olu Falae, has predicted the fragmentation of the ruling All Progressive Congress, saying that members of the party were not committed to a mutual growth and progress.
Chief Falae stated this on Tuesday, while receiving former Minister of Power and Steel, Dr. Olu Agunloye, who decamped from the PDP to SDP, at the secretariat of the SDP in Akure, Ondo state.
He also said that his party will take over the center government in the nearest future.
Olu Falae was quoted saying that: “This mega party will soon disintegrate and all the members that came together to form it will find their ways. It is certain that what bound them together will soon disintegrate them.”
“After tearing apart, the members will come back to join us and we shall accept them, as long as they are ready to abide with our rules and regulations.”
Agunloye on his part stated that: “I shall team up with other members of the party and other persons who truly want progress in our land to establish a credible government in Ondo State from February 2017 and commence the reconstruction and restoration programmes for more abundant life for Ondo State people.”
