Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has been appointed into the United Nations Secretary General’s High-Level Advisory Board on Mediation.


The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) on Tuesday urged the National Assembly to ensure the Federal Government withdraw from the Organisation of Islamic Conference and other religious bodies.


The government of Jersey Island has said the $300m hidden by former military dictator, Gen. Sani Abacha in its territory will only be released directly to the Nigerian government.
