President Muhammadu Buhari is presently absent at today’s meeting of the Federal Executive Council being presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.

The reason for Buhari’s absence is not made known yet.

Recall that the Presidency had said Buhari may return to London for further check-ups after he arrived from his UK vacation.

This is the first time the president will be absent at the weekly FEC meeting since he returned to Nigeria.
