Christopher Okagbue, the Anambra State born model has emerged the ultimate champion for winning the 2011 edition of the wildly popular Gulder Ultimate Search reality television show.

For the final arc of the show, the four finalists: Christopher Okagbue, Tony Igwe, Kelvin Durst and Anastasia Azike were briefed by the show’s host, actor Bob Manuel Udokwu. They were required to climb a mountain using ropes to study symbols arranged in a particular order, climb down the mountain and replicate the arrangement in only two attempts.

Christopher was the first to complete the task, followed closely by Kelvin. Tony failed to arrange the symbols after two tries and was promptly sent packing that night at the place of the talking drum.

The next day, after breakfast, Kelvin discovered a clue for the next task which led them to a long trek into the jungle. There they met Darey, the second host who pointed them to the ruins of an old temple where they began the search for the second lost helmet of General Maximillian. After a long search, Christopher finally stumbled upon the coveted prize, a wooden box containing the lost helmet, thus emerging the ultimate hero.

For his efforts, Christopher Okagbue will receive N 7million cash prize, N 500,000 wardrobe allowance and a ford jeep worth 10 million Naira.
