[The Church Blog] 7 events you should not miss out on, this November

The month of November is no doubt one of the most active months so far for the church in Nigeria. For one reason or the other, it would seem like a large chunk of the most-looked-forward-to events of 2017 was scheduled for November. This, according to Nathaniel Bassey in one of his recent Instagram posts is proof that God is set to do something in this country this month.

1. Excellence in Leadership Conference: popularly known as ELC is a yearly event convened by Pastor Sam and Nike Adeyemi under the umbrella body of the Daystar Christian Centre that brings together the finest leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals and innovators to share leadership lessons and ideas that will transform the current state of affairs in Nigeria and across the continent of Africa. At the Excellence in Leadership Conference 2017, you will learn how to manage people more effectively, make better decisions, lead an exemplary lifestyle and fulfil God’s original design for your life. Excellence in Leadership Conference holds on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2017.

2. The Second edition #HalleluyahChallenge: After a long period of keeping us in suspense over upcoming Halleluyah Challenge, singer, songwriter and Pastor, Nathaniel Bassey has unveiled plans as regards another Halleluyah Challenge that kicks off on the 1st of November and will last for 21 days.

3. Night of Worship 2017: Joshua Ville, the outreach expression of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, City of David has officially announced the 2017 edition of the Night of Worship an interdenominational worship that seeks to leave everyone present with a unique personal encounter with the Almighty God. The theme for this year’s worship encounter is Revealing His Glory and will feature top gospel ministers like Travis Greene, Nathaniel Bassey, Steve Crown, BeeJay Sax, Nkiru, Victoria Orenze, Segun Funmi, Voices in Zion and the Apostles, and The sound of Heaven & The Psalmists

4. The Last RCCG Holy Ghost Night for 2017: On the first Friday of every month, we convey at the Redemption campground of The Redeemed Christian Church of God. The Holy Ghost Night for November which holds on the 3rd of November 2017 will be the last for this year as the church would be having her yearly Congress by December.

5. Prophet Sadhu’s visit to Nigeria: Prophet Sadhu Sundar Selvaraj is the founder of Jesus Ministries, a prophetic-evangelistic work which fulfils a call of God to pioneer evangelistic outreaches to people groups among whom Christ Jesus is little or never named. God’s strong anointing in Brother Sadhu’s life is attested by signs, wonders and miracles. In the month of November, he will be making a visit to Nigeria for two major events. First, The Midean Women Prophetic Conference which is scheduled to hold from 9th – 11th November 2017 and the Youth Conference scheduled to hold from 12th – 13th November 2017.

6. Reinhard Bonnke’s Farewell Crusade: Evangelist Reinhard Bonnke, Founder of Christ for all Nations (CfaN) will return to Nigeria for a five-day crusade which will mark his final African Gospel – Crusade in November 2017. While certainly not CfaN’s final African crusade, Evangelist Bonnke’s return could inspire another historic global attendance as that of the Lagos, Nigeria Millennium Crusade in 2000, CfaN’s largest crusade to-date. The crusade will last from 8th – 12th November 2017.

7. The Oasis International Conference: This is a conference put together by The Oasis, Lagos; a branch of The Redeemed Christian Chuch of God. The theme for this year’s conference is Made for Signs and Wonders and like previous conferences, it would feature Word, Worship and Prayer.
