Court indicts T.B Joshua over the collapse of church building

The Lagos coroner, Oyetade Komolafe, has indicted the head of Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN), Temitope Joshua, over the collapsed six-storey building belonging to his church which killed 116 persons on September 12, 2014.

According to Punch, Komolafe has called for the investigation and possible prosecution of the two Structural Engineers who built the collapsed six-storey building.

While Komolafe recommended the Structural Engineers, Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun, for prosecution for criminal negligence, the coroner equally indicted SCOAN of building without possessing necessary permits, asking that same to be investigated and prosecuted.
