Diddy will not be facing felony charges for assaulting UCLA football coach

About two weeks ago, Diddy made news headlines when he allegedly assaulted a UCLA assistant football coach for bullying his son.

In his defense, the assistant coach had been bullying his son for a while now saying he is a spoilt child. Despite how crazy this incident seemed, the charges brought against the mogul (three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery, all felonies) seemed a little excessive, especially since his actions were declared ‘defensive’.

The Los Angeles County district attorney has rejected the felony case against him.

TMZ reports that the case was thrown out less than a day after it hit the D.A.’s desk, and will now be referred to the city D.A. Diddy could still face misdemeanor charges for this.
