EFCC raids ex-justice minister’s residence again

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Tuesday raided the Kano residence of former Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation, Mr. Muhammad Bello Adoke but found nothing.

It was gathered that the EFCC raided the residence, which is at Alu Avenue, between noon and 2pm.

Sources said the operatives raided the house and searched rooms, roofing ceiling and water tanks of the residence.

It was learnt that wife of the former minister left the residence a few hours before the EFCC operatives arrived.

The former minister of justice is currently moves by the EFCC to arrest him over alleged Malabu oil fraud.
