It has been announced by the Federal Government that two more Nigerians have been confirmed to have contacted the Ebola virus disease.
So far, only one Nigerian death has been recorded; the matron that treated Patrick Sawyer, the Liberian/American who brought the virus into the country.
As it stands, a total of three Nigerians have contacted the virus, while 139 contacts have been put on surveillance.
President Goodluck Jonathan has reportedly summoned an emergency meeting with officials, in a bid to tackle the Ebola virus threat.
