Entertainment Roundup: Kcee sues Harrysong for breach of human rights; D’Prince makes a comeback with three new singles | More stories

Here are some of the biggest stories from yesterday and others that unraveled while you slept – and are still buzzing on Entertainment Roundup this Friday morning.

Kcee and Harrysong are up to some “chicken fight” again

We thought these two had genuinely sorted what was left of their beef and had parted ways for good.

But it looks like Five Star Music artiste, Kcee is not done with his former label mate.

The Limpopo singer has just sued Harrysong for what appears to be violation of human rights.

The puzzling part of the lawsuit is the inclusion of Soso Soberekon, former general artiste manager at Five Star Music who quit the label only few weeks ago to float his own entertainment business.

While the confusion played in our heads, we came across what may suffice as a basis for clarification.

In an exclusive interview with Linda Ikeji’s Blog, Harrysong‘s manager Desmond Ike claims Kcee came up with this fresh suit just “to stay relevant”.

His words: “It is about Harrysong and Soso working together against him. That is his claim. That it is a breach of his Fundamental humanright. That they are trying to do some publication against him, to malign his image. It is a cheap lawsuit. It is lame.”

Desmond is of the opinion that Kcee‘s career is in need of salvaging and he needs to make music rather than controversy.

D’Prince makes a groundbreaking return to music

Or maybe we’re just overhyping!

The Mavin singer who has been conspicuously silent for more than one year has returned with three singles and one even features Wizkid.

To announce his return, mans cleared out his Instagram and relaunched with creatives for the three new tracks – Guys featuring and produced by Don Jazzy, So Nice ft Wizkid and Mofe produced by Altims.

The Sound From The Other Side tracklist  is out

The release date for Wizkid‘s coming mixtape is still 14 July.

Wizkid shared a photo of the tracklist for the 12-track project and we’re sort of excited for the collaborations we see – TY Dolla Sign, Trey Songz, Chris Brown, Major Lazer and more.

But that’s not all in Wizkid news…

It appears the starboy is in major shade mood as he boldly named fellow artiste, Tekno a “duck face” on Twitter yesterday.

WHAT?

Tekno waded into the murky waters of the shade between Wiz and Davido when he tweeted:

But Wizkid snapped back with a riposte that set Twitter aflame:

Banky W has made an attempt to douse these flames though:

Are you ready for another 9ice album?

It won’t matter what the answer is.

9ice is set to drop his 8th album and he’ll be calling it GOAT.

In an interview with NotJustOk TV, the Living Things singer said his newly released single, TGIF is off the album.

9ice also revealed that he and his management company, Temple are working on organizing a monthly live concert in Lagos.
