Nicki Minaj now has more billboard hits than any female artist

Rapper, Nicki Minaj has just made history for having the most Billboard 100 hits by a woman, beating Aretha Franklin’s previous record.

Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin held the spot for almost 40 years with 73 chartbursting songs, but Nicki Minaj flipped the charts when she dropped three new tracks – “No Frauds,” “Regret in Your Tears” and “Changed It” on March 10.

Last week, she shared a message preparing her fans for the feat while also throwing shades at her arch-enemy, Remy Ma: “I love my fans. Y’all the real MVP’s. Been writing my own raps since I was 11. GOD knows. Next week I’ll beat Aretha for the most Hot 100 hits on billboard by ANY woman in the world EVER in the history of music. Stay in your bum ass place. Jealousy gets u no where…

Mel B files for divorce from husband of 10 years, Stephen Belafonte

America’s Got Talent judge and Spice Girls’ singer, Melanie Brown has sought the court to end her 10 year marriage to husband, Stephen Belafonte.

Citing irreconciliable differences as reason for the breakup, 41-year-old Mel B also wants spousal support to Stephen terminated.

The couple got married secretly in 2007 and have a 6-year old daughter, Madison together. Mel B has requested for joint custody for Madison.

Falz features some of Nollywood’s best in new video

We definitely did not see this one coming.

Falz dropped the single “Baby Boy” few weeks ago and while the song is yet to to totally sink in, he follows with this hot visuals.

Enlisting the likes of veteran Nollywood acts, Richard Mofe-Damijo and Jide Kosoko is no small feat, he also got younger stars like IK Ogbonna and Baba Tee to feature in the Baby Boy video.
