Off from an interesting Coachella set last weekend, Burna Boy had a listening party for his upcoming album African Giant, which is due out in August. The album title shows his evolution and growth in the music industry, as well as an international mascot for Afrobeats.
The listening party held at a private location in Los Angeles, California, and had contributors and executives from record labels, radio, Spotify, YouTube, the film and media industry in attendance. Spotted at the event were Gentleman singer Jidenna, Akon, Wale, and a bubbling crush of friends who came out to support’s Burna’s upcoming project. Reportedly, six tracks will make it to the African Giant album even though twenty-one tracks were played at the listening party.
