Hilary Clinton, presidential candidate for the Democrats in the upcoming United States election would gladly welcome any endorsement whatsoever she gets with the recent developments in the build up to the election.
Hilary was overtaken by Donald Trump, the controversial Republican candidate in CNN’s polls following the leaking of over 20,000 Democrat emails casting a shadow on the credibility of the former U.S. first lady.
Things might take a turn for the better for Hilary as former New York City mayor, Michael Bloomberg, will allegedly endorse her in a prime-time address at the Democratic National Convention.
Bloomberg who considered running for president as an independent candidate in 2016 is a vocal critic of Donald Trump.
According to NBC news, an aide to Clinton confirmed the endorsement after the New York Times first hinted at it.
The billionaire media mogul in March said, “it’s clear to me that if I entered the race, I could not win,” citing the reason why he chose to not run a third-party bid for president.
