For most of us, working out in the sunshine would result in us looking hot and bothered, perhaps even a bit sweaty.

But former Destiny’s Child star and X-Factor judge Kelly Rowland is not your average person.

On Friday the 32-year-old singer was spotted looking as cool as a cucumber despite having just completed an intense workout on the beach in Miami.

The make-up free star looked every inch the fresh-faced beauty as she strolled along Miami Beach in Florida.

As well as her bare face, Kelly wore her dark locks pulled away from her face in a practical top-knot which left her able to focus on her exercise regime.

The fitness-focused star looked svelte and toned in her Nike workout outfit, which consisted of cropped black leggings and a purple and white striped top which she teamed with a pair of purple Nike trainers.

It was no real surprise to see Kelly working out as she is known for her dedication to health and fitness, so much so that she recently released a fitness DVD Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt which is flying off the shelves.

Starring alongside her personal trainer, Jeanette Jenkins, Kelly’s Sexy Abs Cardio Sculpt fitness DVD was released earlier this month.

The official website for the 60-minute workout states: ‘It starts with a high energy warm-up and then pumps up the intensity with fun and effective total body cardio exercises.

The two fitness divas, who already have one best-selling first workout DVD Sexy Abs under their belts, this time focus on a total body intense workout.

And from her stunning appearance on the beach it seems that Kelly is the best advertisement for the new fitness DVD.
