Joycelyn Savage, one of the ladies allegedly being held by RnB singer, R. Kelly in a “sex cult” has said she is “fine and happy”.

In a buzzfeed report, the singer was accused of holding six women in a house near Atlanta and a studio in Chicago.

Kelly was said to be holding power over their diets, clothing and sexual encounters, which he would record.

Some of the parents of the girls held press conferences, saying their children have been “brainwashed”.

While speaking with TMZ, Joycelyn said she was not being held against her will and was happy.

She said, “I just want everybody to know – my parents and everybody in the world – that I’m totally fine, I’m happy where I’m at, and everything is OK with me”.

She said the last time she spoke to her parents was “six, five months” ago.
