Maybe it was delayed revenge for the Nigeria/South Africa deportation row, maybe it was the Illuminati; nobody knew but speculations were many over what led to the mysterious disappearance of airtime from the phones of many MTN customers, which subsequently led to ceaseless insults directed towards the company, as well as something of an attempt to mobilise people for a lawsuit (seriously).
