“I plan to retire at 19 and become US president…” says 11-year-old journalist, Zuriel Oduwole (WATCH)

Nigerian-American documentary film maker, Zuriel Oduwole, who has made history as the youngest person to be interviewed in Forbes magazine, has shown no signs of slowing down, despite her enviable achievements.

At the tender age of 11, Oduwole has interviewed influential people around the world, including world leaders. She was also recently listed among the top 100 most influential Africans.

The young girl has revealed her plans to retire from journalism at the age of 19 during a recent interview.

“I do plan to retire at 19, so that when I’m older, I can go ahead and achieve my other goals,” she said. “I also plan to play basketball when I get older.”

She also spoke of her plans to become America’s president some day. “I plan to be the President of the United States of America, because I believe I can affect the both the United States and all the other countries of the world, including Africa.”

The youngster also said she has been receiving positive reactions from everyone for her project, which has taken her to various countries around the world.
