A Federal High Court judge in Lagos, Justice Mojisola Olatoregun on Wednesday granted a fresh ex parte application ordering the forfeiture of 5.8 million dollars belonging to a former First Lady, Mrs Patience Jonathan.

This is less than 24 hours after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) withdrew an application seeking to stop her from accessing the funds.
