Love is in the air so this month TW is all about love. For self and others!  And in spirit of love for self we have on our cover Kate Henshaw, who shares the cover with Abiola Awosanya, the winner of our 2013 Celebrity Fitness Challenge.

After conquering the Nigerian movie industry, veteran actress Kate Henshaw is using her personal experience as an advocate of health & fitness to motivate Nigerians to embrace a healthier lifestyle, starting with the launch of her fitness DVD. In this issue she speaks candidly about life post divorce, being fit and fabulous at 42, as well as using her positive disposition to encourage others.
