But just as expected, an announcement like that will always come with its own share of drama as both fans of the show and the reality stars involved are loving the moment.

A few hours ago, Ike Onyema declared his love for Mercy in a tweet and started a trend #IkeIsBlessed, as he pointed out that loving Mercy Eke is a ‘Major Blessing.’ His tweets have gotten the attention of Mercy’s fans, those rooting for their relationship to work and those who are not, as they have pointed out Ike’s many faults.

For those rooting for the relationship to work, they are pointing out that the idea of the couple makes a lot of sense as they have been friends from the house and out of the house, that they have successfully maintained a healthy relationship. Others against Ike’s wild declaration of love stressed that Ike has not always had Mercy’s back as he has failed on many counts to defend her in public, drawing attention to some events at the BBNaija house and Reunion show.

However, Mercy is yet to reply to the wild declaration of love by Ike and many fans are clamouring for her reply, forgetting that the reality TV star, has, on many occasions expressed how she feels about Ike Onyema. However, her fans, the Mercenaries, appear to be issuing a reply for her, as some stressed that they are sure Mercy loves him more.

Mercy and Ike are very popular from the Big Brother Naija Reality TV Show. Every year, it would seem like the show aids some housemates in finding and maintaining cordial relationships for its participant.
