MY GREATEST FEAR

Kemi Adetiba, Producer/Director(interviews)

What are you most afraid of?

Failure! Short and simple… its failure!

Why?
I’m extremely driven, passionate about success… less for my personal ego, but more for the love of my craft and for everyone that has invested cash, kind or prayers to my career. The least they deserve is for me to succeed and be the greatest!

What do you do when your fear hits you hard?
I keep working! I keep learning! Most of all, I stay praying.

How do you work to overcome your fear?
I try to remember that every success I get is not by my power so before I go into any project or on any stage I say words of prayer; short and to the point and lastly I recognise fear as a necessity for success. It keeps you humble and forces you to prepare. Preparation is key! And when fear pushes you to prepare, preparation converts fear into adrenaline… at least for me. Y!
