DTone Martins has a sizzling brand new video, “KatiKati.” Katikati is a Yoruba expression that literally means “Nonsense”; in Pidgin English parlance, it means “Jagbajantis.”
When one beholds the love of one’s life, speaking “Katikati” may become the in-thing. KatiKati is the song that has earned DTone Martins the nickname “the KatiKati Master.”
As usual, DTone Martins beautifully clothes contemporary music in the attire of traditional folklore, delivered in unequalled vocals, well-versed lyrics and seductive melody. In the past, he has been compared with the likes of Asa, Bez and Praiz.
