The personal assistant to the President on New Media, Bashir Ahmad has described as untrue reports in the media that President Muhammadu Buhari is being fed intravenously due to the deterioration of his health.
Late Sunday, online news medium Sahara Reporters reported that the president’s health condition had worsened and that he had to be given food and drinks intravenously.
But debunking the report via his Twitter page, Ahmad who made reference to a statement made by Malam Garba Shehu said there was no need for apprehension.

“The story like many of its kind is untrue, as @GarShehu said on Thursday, there is no need for apprehension over President Buhari’s health.”
