The Inspector-General of Police, Solomon Arase has declared that the Nigeria Police Force is working frantically to curb the instances of trigger happy officers killing citizens extra-judiciously. But some people may not be paying attention.
According to community journalist, @AlimoshoOnline who made a video available to YNaija, a commercial bus driver was murdered by a police officer in the Igando part of Lagos state.
What led up to the driver’s conflict with the police officer is at the moment undetermined even as the identity of the police officer is yet to be known.
The video shows the lifeless body of the driver on the floor with a bunch of people presumed to be eyewitnesses to the crime crowded around the corpse.
