It was a thrilling weekend for the young and talented in Abuja, as thousands turned out for the Season 3 edition of the musical reality show, Nigerian Idol.

“It’s the third year, but the numbers of young people who turned out to be heard was overwhelming – thousands of them!” said Tiwa Medubi, the project manager, “You could say it’s because the show has numbers on its side, as the most watched music reality show in Nigeria, but I think more than that, it’s the lives that the show has changed, the dreams that have com true over the past two brilliant editions. Nigerian Idol is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.”
